Bite Beauty reformulated their Luminous Creme lipsticks into a new and improved formula called Amuse Bouche ($26/.15 oz). The new formula comes in 34 different shades and recently launched on Sephora.
The new formula offers more color and pigment than the previous Luminous Crème formula. It is also said to provide more coverage while still feeing creamy on the lips. After testing these out for more than a week I can attest to the fact that they do feel creamy on the lips but still lightweight as opposed to a thick coat. I tested out two colors in the new formula, fig and pepper.
Fig – is a muted soft nude rose – this is good for those who want a soft pink shade without it looking too nude
Pepper – is a classic pinkish/brown neutral, I think out of the entire collection, it’s my favorite color
The Bite Beauty Amuse Rouche Lipsticks have a creamy and smooth texture on the lips, they have good lasting power (about 5 hours for me), the color selection for the new formula is amazing at 34 different shades you’ll definitely find one you like. They feel lightweight and hydrating on the lips and provide great coverage. Overall a thumbs from me.
Is anyone considering purchasing one of the Amuse Rouche Lipsticks? If so, which shades are on your radar?
